sorry to say but IMO you wasted your money. low calorie, high carb, low protein diet is not optimum for fat loss AND the preservation of muscle mass. if you can stick to the diet you will lose weight but not much body fat.
They honestly bug the crap out of me. No one is going to buy these things and they never have anything to do with the question. All these people want who do that is the points, they’re not at all looking to help or give an opinion to a person. This bugs me and the fact that YA hasn’t really noticed it is annoying as well.
